This is a company driver position with full access to the national freight spot market.

Pay & Benefits:
•    Book your own loads with full access to the national spot market
•    Company provided DAT and direct broker load board subscriptions
•    Negotiate and book directly with brokers. You see the original rate confirmation
•    SAME DAY PAY with NO fees. Get 100% of your pay the same day you deliver
•    Percentage Pay - 30% of your negotiated rate and 75% of accessorials
•    No Escrow. We hold nothing back
•    Weekly fuel and monthly safety bonuses
•    Rider Policy – Eligible passengers are welcome to ride
•    This is a 1099 position. Occupational Accident Insurance is our only deduction ($91/month)

Company-Provided Equipment:

•    New-Style Freightliner Cascadias (model years range from 2020 – 2027)
•    72” raised roof sleeper cabs with refrigerators, power inverters and APUs 
•    10 yr or newer 53’ Air Ride Dry Van Trailers
•    Motive ELD/EZ Pass Toll transponder & PrePass weigh station bypass equipped
•    Company CAT Scale and Blue Beacon accounts

 

Requirements:

•    Positive attitude, professional demeanor
•    Former owner operators encouraged to apply
•    Minimum 5 years of verifiable Class A CDL experience
•    Minimum 2 years of over-the-road (OTR) experience
•    Demonstrated history of safe operation in similar equipment and freight
•    Stable employment history with a pattern of long term employment
•    Experience booking loads and using DAT load boards
•    We do not hire SAP drivers
